I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
