my order was late even though i have an email stating it was deliverd on Friday 9th May, when it did arive Wednesday 14th May part of my delivery had bits missing and looked like it was picked up of the workshop floor, so wasnt to impressed!!!

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Smooth ordering process.
Items despatched and delivered to me as planned.
The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound.

First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th
