I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again.
