The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part....
