Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Despite the issues with covid19 and lockdown, this company went well beyond the norm to get my mira shower doors, to me in time. Also kept me well informed. Its importantant we support are local companies. Mytub was also cheaper than other major companies which was a great bonus....

I didnt realise the part was being delivered locally by a local supplier.
Grill is OK, however, a corner weld tack isnt very robust but itll do.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up.
