Great service. Ordering process very good in that always told where are in the process.
Could do with a time slot re delivery rather than just a day....

Excellent service by staff to solve a payment problem. Product delivered fast and on time. Good communication about delivery time. Will definitely use again....

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either....

Whilst we had to wait a little longer than one would have preferred or found ideal, we were pleased to receive the ordered item in good condition when indicated.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done....

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....
