The item wasnt delivered when they said it would be but once I queried it, the communnication was spot on from there and they were very apologetic and i now have a working toilet again so cant complain too much!!

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.
