| Excellent service. Was updated by e-mail regularly re delivery. When I contacted My Tub by phone the customer advisor was very helpful.
|Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

|Ordered one day, delivered the next working day. Exactly as described as no picture of item available, fits perfectly and superb, courteous service from all staff involved. I put this down to good old Northern common sense. Well done My Tub and thank you.
|Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ........
