I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The product came with full instruction so it took me no time to fit the seat. The seat is better then I expected it has been modified with better components and it works perfect.

HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.

I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again.

Excellent service with delivery on the date promised. Great communication at all times.
Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.
