Fast reliable service. When an issue arose with a damaged bath delivered direct from their supplier this was impressively resolved and the bath was replaced the following day - brilliant!

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

A good price and speedy delivery through my letterbox. Frequent email updates kept me in the picture whilst my order was processed. I am pleased with the service and will use again.

I was very impressed with the service you provided. I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. This is almost unheard of with online shopping, so thank you very much. I will definitely come back again.
