of customer service was very good. I thought we had a problem with my purchase, but Christine resolved that very quickly. the item I purchased was a top quality item at a very fair price with delivery included, excellent. I would recommend MY TUB unreservedly.

1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock.That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.
