I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery. MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.
