After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. Thanks for quick delivery - and conscientious messages to and fro regarding part out of stock.
Here in the West of Scotland quick delivery times are few and far between - with delays and excuses normally the order of the day!
All this is much appreciated and we will certainly use your company again in the future.
Kind regards, Lori and Roger

I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery. Unfortunately I was too late to achieve the next day deadline, but this lady did all she could to see if this could be achieved for me.
Many Thanks for her efforts.
