I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Having been assured that it would, the item was delivered promptly within the target date. The valve is now fitted and working efficiently.

Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere.
