I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
