Easy to order on website, however the statement on the website regarding free delivery on orders over £35 is misleading our order was over £50 but as it was not a stock item it cost £15 delivery. Not impressed.
Order arrived within 48 hrs after order, tin damaged but it didnt affect product.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was.
