Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.

Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent.
