I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.
A friendly service, who kept me informed throughout the search.
