I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.
