Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.

Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.
