service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Thanks particularly to Rachel who handled the matter efficiently and fairly. The final outsome is staisfactory.

Very impressed. First time Ive used My Tub but no complaints. Have been kept up to date with the delivery date and, although later than originally expected, arrived as per advised and in perfect condition.

My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.
