Simple order taking by someone who knew exactly what I wanted - packed and delivered on time to MyTub, but one day earlier than I reasonably expected.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
