I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. The communication from them was excellent and my item was delivered in good order in a couple of days, on the day they quoted. I couldnt ask for more. I will not hesitate to use them in future.

Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.
