Shower part arrived on the day My Tub quoted, works fine, good to have hot water again.

Part was just under average in price.
Emails about orderpickeddispatched all appreciated.
Delivered within a few days of ordering.
Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt.

My Tub immediately resolved my problem and supplied the correct item very promptly.

Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.

Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date.

On time, on budget and to specification, what more can I say. Perfect

Good Morning,
This is my first order with mytub, I found the follow up on my order was very good, letting me know delivery date and the warm towards your customers when placing a order in the form of a e-mail.
