The sink I ordered was damaged when delivered but a quick phone to Laurie had a replacement winging it's way to us within a few days. No fuss, no problem. The delivery driver with the replacement waited until we'd unpacked the new sink and checked it before leaving. Great service.

Excellent service - thank you. Goods arrived in perfect condition and exactly when they said they would be delivered. Would definitely recommend you to friends and relatives.

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however.

Many thanks for processing my order which I have received.
It would have been more convenient for me if you had used HM Post for delivery.
Thank you.
