I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

I ordered spare parts for a gas fire. A problem arose with part of the order, but this was dealt with by the company and I will happily do business with them again. Thank you.

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.

The pump supplied is the wrong one, waiting for it to be collected and the correct one supplied.

Item arrived promptly, is just as described. An excellent service all round. I particularly like the fact that you ask for feedback. So many companies are not interested once they have sent the goods.
