A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.
