It was my first time, buying an item from MyTub. I was very pleased with the efficiency with which the order was handled and the speed with which the item was delivered.

Just what we wanted, cheapest supplier we could find on the web and delivered on the day advised. Very happy and would use them again without hesitation.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.
