Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
