The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered.

Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find.
