Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Faultless service and delighted to send this feedback

Despite the fact that the order was delivered at seven days and I thought it would only take about 2 days, as soon so the staff knew there was a problem they could not have been more polite and helpful to ensure I got my product. Well done and thank you!

Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
