Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future.

The loo seat arrived on time and has been wrapped as a Christmas present !. As the contents wont be properly checked till Christmas Day I hope that in the unlikely event there is a problem, therell be no problem with your terms and conditions, which I confess to not having read properly.

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. Fast delivery which is always appreciated, however the product I ordered has a manufactures life time guarntee but the product was delivered without any manufacturers paperwork
