I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. A great service although a bit slow on delivery but i think that was down to some confusion on the order but on the whole very good just waiting for the coal bed to come down a bit in price and i will be ordering again

Items took a bit long to arrive and one arrived damaged BUT the service from the laides in customer service is second to none. Friendly, helpful, so easy to deal with, always happy to help, would def recommend and will def buy from here again.

my order was delivered within 24 hrs of my submission to My Tub
Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !)

What more could I ask!
If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback
