The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

Excellent service - used you for two orders. You kept me fully informed and delivered when you said you would. Pity other suppliers cant match you!

I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town.

My order was dealt with efficiently. There was a wait for the item, which was made clear when ordering, but we were kept up to date about the expected delivery date which in actual fact was sooner then expected. Would definitely use again.

Extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone, then purchase received less that 24hrs after placing order. All at the cheapest price I could find on the net! Can it get any better

Thermocouple was fine but I thought the package & post costs of £5.99 could be better, I am sure you could improve on it.
