I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good.

Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice.
