Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Kept me well informed throughout the refund process even though it ended up being a non sale for them. Cheers
