Second time I have ordered from you. There is always someone available to take a phone call with any queries and your emails kept me up to date with delivery details. Will recommend you to friends and family.

Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems.

We had looked everywhere for this matching tap! and then found it easily on your web site.
Have found the customer service excellent. A big thank you to Christine.

Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.

Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath.

Great price for product. Easy to order online. Only drawback was that my order arrived one day late than the specified time according to tracking information.
