It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.

When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.
