Delayed in dispatch due to not being in stock as it is an obscure item. Good communications throughout and item delivered by date advised. Excellent service.

Very good, fast service. Order delivered next day.
Only one note: a professional looking invoice in PDF format would be better than the simple e-mail invoice

Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.
