Took a few weeks as advised due to item being obsolete but you managed to source the item and it was exactly right - thanks

Service was impeccable - could not ask for a better service.
The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.
Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.
Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!

Hi there
Just one thing - I've ordered an OUTASIGHT shower screen, but your site
didn't give me the opportunity to choose a colour, you could consider
incorporating this. (I would like it in SILVER please, which I included in
the notes box)

Steve, thank you! My compliments on your excellent (and speedy) customer service.
I work in customer research / feedback myself, and I'll certainly be quoting MyTub in the future as an excellent example of turning customer feedback into action!
Cheers

Very nice and sturdy unit with nice deep sink now fitted, but ... rather difficult to fit as:
a holes for plug and tap were not flat, so lots of silicone required to make neat and watertight
b only a hole on one side of the sink to secure to wall - could do with one on both sides to hold it stable
c no levelling adjusters provided on cabinet, and made unnecessarily complicated to level by having 5 fixed feet on it.
I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job.
Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o
