Christine, thank you for your great communication and going that extra mile in sourcing the specialist tube for our pneumatic system at our hospital in Basingstoke . A great company would highly recommend .

Nice taps, delivered as promised.
A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.
Regards
GG

Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. I put my email address in and ask for another password, but nothing is sent to my inbox. Ive done this atleast 3 times Can you clarify what im doing wrong Thank you.
