It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued.

Unfortunately, the CD valve of the Tristan 06732COMPL thermostatic cartridge was found broken when it was delivered.

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.
