Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately.

We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done.
