Whilst we had to wait a little longer than one would have preferred or found ideal, we were pleased to receive the ordered item in good condition when indicated.

Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.
