Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful.

Best price for the shower part we needed and it arrived very promptly too - great communication keeping us aware at every stage of what was happening. Now our daughter can have her own shower back so wont need to use our ensuite at 6.00a.m. - many thanks!
