We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often

Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
