Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Early days yet but I am expecting a appropriate completion. Regards Pete

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.
