On the one hand, the purchasing experience online ordering payment was fine, and the communication through the various stages trying to get a delivery date, clarifying delivery address, following up when deliveries failed to occur was very good.
However, the great let-down was the fulfilment of the order:
1 It was most disappointing, in this day and age, that a delivery date could not have been advised at the time of ordering. Most firms seem to have reasonable certainty and visibility as regards their supply chains.
2 It was also disappointing that this delivery date turned out to be TEN days after the day that the order had been placed these days, for anything other than bespoke items such as cars and furniture, its rare to have to wait longer than 3-4 working days.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item.

very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.

I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day.
