Excellent service, good prices, great comms and fast delivery of quality products. Website a little awkward to search through, but bearable.

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
