Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know

I have received great service from several people of this compnay, all patient clear and very very helpful, as I am a women have no knowledge in unvented cylinders things were explained to me clearly without being annoyd by the number of times I had to call or email, and for that reason I purchased my cylinder from them because I know I can get a good service

This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!
